"Poison Arrow Frog", by Ken Deitcher M.D. of Albany, NY.  This image was taken while I was on an safari in the Peruvian Amazon several years ago. It was taken with a Canon A2E and a macro lens with a ring flash. The skin of these amphibians are used by the natives to poison the tips of their blow guns arrows when they hunt monkeys.
